Shipping Guidelines

Please read the following points before shopping with us. These policies are subject to change without notice and are the buyer’s responsibility to adhere to. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


Domestic Shipping

Please note: All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary from product to product. Once it's shipped, it will take between Domestic orders 8 to 14 Business Days (Items That State 2-3 Weeks Are Not Applicable) to receive your package. 

Some items may be on backorder which will delay shipping.

All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination and we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member's address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.

Some orders require signature tracking.

 International Shipping

We offer International shipping which usually arrives in 15-21 business days from the date of the order depending on the destination.

Phone numbers are required for International shipments.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped. 

International orders may be charged additional taxes, duties or customs in the destination country. It is not the responsibility of PYNK CONFESSIONS to pay these charges so we recommend checking with your local postal carrier to see if you will incur charges before ordering.

Business Days does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.


We Cut & Produce 90% of our items which are made made to order. If you order an item and we contact you that the item is oversold or sold out, we will issue a full refund with no penalty. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). If your return has damage including smells, holes, broken/torn tags, we are unable to issue refunds or store credits on damaged items.


Pack your merchandise securely. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition.

Be sure to include your Order Number and Name

It is recommended that you use a tracking service for your return. 

Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor the delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Store Credit

Items can be returned for a store credit which you can use to re-purchase your desired item. Postage is not refundable. A customer will be issued an online credit within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items. Store credit is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on

Please note, only (1) exchange request is allowed. Shipping is non-refundable both ways. 
If your package did not include a return form simply include your name and order number on a note inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we are unable to issue a refund, only a store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returns Must Be Received Within 10 Days of Delivery. Clearance/Sale Items, Undergarments & Lingerie are not returnable. All Returned garments must be in original condition. No stains or perfume smells. If your return does not comply with this policy, we will return your item back to you.

Faulty Items

PYNK CONFESSIONS guarantees its dresses to be free from damage or manufacture defect upon receipt. Our dresses are delicate in nature and should be handled with care, they will experience normal wear and tear over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item please notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily repair, exchange or refund your faulty item after it has been inspected by our quality control. Please note that unless your item is in brand new condition with the tags still attached then you will not be issued a refund. We will not accept exchanges or faulty item refunds out of the 7 day period.

Refunds are available for the following orders:
-Cancelled within 48 hours of order placement
-Sold Out Items
-No refunds are available on already shipped items. Only store credit.

Orders cancelled after the 48 hour time frame can be cancelled with a 10% Restocking Fee.
